Levi Barr is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with over 10 years of specialized experience in fire protection engineering, code application, and life safety design. As a U.S. Navy Submarine veteran, Levi developed a foundational understanding of the critical role active and passive fire protection systems play in life-safety environments.

Today, he leverages that discipline and technical rigor to lead Barr Fire Protection LLC, where he partners with owners, architects, and contractors to solve complex code challenges while maintaining the integrity of the project’s vision.

Levi’s career is defined by his experience on all sides of the table. Having served as the Director of Life Safety for a major healthcare system and currently serving as the Building Authority (AHJ) for the Nevada National Security Sites (NNSS), he possesses a unique "insider" perspective on how to navigate governmental authorities and regulatory hurdles.

His portfolio spans highly regulated industries and high-stakes projects, including:
